Regional Trade Agreements Information System (World Trade
This WTO database contains "information on only those agreements that have either been notified, or for which an early announcement has been made, to the WTO". It is possible to search by topics (e.g. intellectual property rights, investments provisions, etc.) and by country/region involved.
Negotiations and Agreements (European Commission)
The European Commission provides information about trade agreements already signed or under negotiation by the European Union.
